My experience is split equally between Human Resources, Sales, and Operations spanning across companies from Start-Up to Fortune 50 multinationals in size and most industry sectors.
This background coupled with my education (BS in Economics, minor in Biochemistry; MBA in General Management) positions me well to advise and guide business leaders and help to synthesize insights and data into actionable plans.

With over 20 years in Corporate America leading not only Human Resources teams but also Sales and Operations teams, I’ve learned that most challenges lie in one of two root causes: People or Processes.
I’ve dedicated my career to understanding Business, not just HR. I’ve held significant Leadership positions in Fortune 100 and medium-sized firms, as well as created HR functions from scratch for Start-Ups. Because I’ve led business segments, held P&L responsibility, and managed teams across multiple functions outside of HR, I’m uniquely positioned to help companies like yours with cost containment, return on investment, risk mitigation and productivity optimization.
